A healthy HR function in an organization is as important as the physical and mental wellbeing of a human body. Typically, an organization may conduct an HR audit to get a clear picture of the overall status of HR in the organization and to find out whether certain systems put in place are yielding results. HR audits can also help organizations identify any gaps, misses, or lapses with compliance activity, and the reasons for those.
