The cornerstone for effective supervision and getting the level of productivity from your team is to let employees know what is expected from them. This means outlining performance and behavioral expectations. You can’t get what you want if you don’t share what you need.
This program will allow participants to
- begin creating their list
- outline how you can share your expectations with employees
- ask employees for their assistance as part of the process
It is not enough to know your expectations; you need to know how you will share them, train them, and reinforce them.

Refund Policy:
- Full refund if your cancelation is received 14 or more days prior to the start of the series.
