There was a Gallup study alleging that quiet quitters make up “more than half” of the U.S. workforce. Quiet quitters are apparently an “epidemic” that is supposedly changing the workplace. But have you heard of quiet hiring, quiet firing, quiet promoting, quiet leading, or quiet thriving?
These terms are popping up on social media, professional journals, and now our everyday vocabulary. Are these terms just convenient for managers to express their thoughts? Have they been created by HR professionals? Where did they come from and what do they really mean? Should you be worried? What do you need to know?
This program will be a lively discussion and will share with attendees:
• What do leaders need to know, to do, and how to address these to prevent these from becoming a phenomenon and taking hold in your workplace;
• What you can do to improve the employee relationships, experience, and engagement within your organization;
• Discover ways to use purpose as a driver, increased communication as a tool for individuals and their work; and of course,
