Inclusive leadership is critical to an organization’s success in attracting and retaining clients and employees alike. According to research by Harvard Business Review, “Inclusive leaders share a cluster of six signature traits: visible commitment, humility, awareness of bias, curiosity about others, cultural intelligence, and effective collaboration.”

Participants will learn the skills and traits needed to be inclusive from a variety of research. These are very tangible and developable – meaning you can grow and stretch these like muscles…you can build up and strengthen these areas if you are willing to do the hard work and focus your time and energy. This program is designed for participants to learn these key elements and more:

• Fostering inclusive decision-making
• Setting up meetings to be more inclusive
• Expanding your cultural competence
