Accept that we, as humans, all have biases. So, this practical, interactive program is designed to help individuals and organizations create a more inclusive and equitable hiring process. This session will explore the various types of bias that can impact decision-making in interviews and recruitment, from unconscious bias to systemic barriers. Participants will learn evidence-based strategies to recognize, reduce, and mitigate bias, ensuring a fairer and more objective hiring process. By the end of the session, attendees will have actionable tools to foster diversity and inclusion while improving the quality of their hiring decisions.

Sample questions and tools will be provided. Time will also be allotted to answer specific questions of attendees.
