Soft Skills: Customer Service
April 28, 2022 @ 8:30 am - 11:30 am
Excellent customer experiences start with strong employee experiences. Customer experience challenges begin much further upstream than organizations realize. Sixty-four percent of US workers say that the employee experience impacts their ability to serve customers. Yet, less than half (38%) say that their organization places a great deal of importance on employee experience/satisfaction, according to a recent 2021 survey by Eagle Hill Consulting.
This program will highlight how excellent service is the result of your employee experience and understanding your customer expectations and how to put the right service standards in place to exceed on both ends.
This session will cover:
- What excellent customer services really is; not just vocabulary
- Establishing a customer focus
- How to determine your customers’ needs and expectations
- How to reinforce excellent customer service from each employee
- Evaluating customer service
Stories, dynamic activities, role play, and discussions will be shared and take place so you can learn about some ways that other businesses are providing a great experience for their customers.
