Learning Burst: Five Powers of Leadership

The power of presence, communication, conviction, intention, and knowledge is someone who has a Leadership Presence. These five powers of leadership are linked to the four universal communication principles as a guideline for modeling behaviors of a trusted advisor (reliability, credibility, transparency, and self-awareness. This is someone who can truly connect to others.
Our experienced trainer has been working with leaders for decades and has developed this short program to help you further understand the powers and develop your personal footprint of the five powers of leadership. The goal is to fold this information into your existing practices and activities to be even more effective and inspiring now and in the future.
