This month’s discussion will focus on true Respectful Workplace Training inside your organizations. The goal of this type of programming is to promote a positive and respectful work environment for all employees. Our discussion will focus on:

• What are you doing in your workplaces?
• How are you defining respect and why it matters in the workplace.
• Your ideas and methods for creating and maintaining a respectful workplace.
• Your suggestions on being mindful in interactions and maintaining open communication.
• And how are you able to foster a culture of inclusion and belonging in your workplace.

Come prepared to participate and bring along your questions.  This is a great time and place to share your “tools and learnings” with other attendees. We love hearing what you are doing and what is working for you.
