September 19 @ 9:00 am - 11:00 am
We will cover the essentials of conducting an internal investigation, including best business practices and the necessary steps for a thorough investigation. Additionally, we will discuss effective communication with involved employees and maintaining confidentiality throughout the process.
Despite an organization’s best efforts to manage employee relations and enforce policies, issues and reports will inevitably arise. Each of these situations requires a sensitive and comprehensive HR investigation.
