This month’s discussion will be focused on strategic partnering. We’ll tackle questions like:

• What does it mean to “know the business”?
• How do you approach the work with a strategic mindset (vs a tactical mindset)?
• How do you focus on strategy when there are so many other things to do?
• How do you build the right relationships and establish trust and credibility?
• What metrics can you use to connect people data with business outcomes (i.e., “data informed decisions”)?
• What skills and competencies do you need to operate as an HRBP?

This session will be facilitated by Kyra L. Matkovich, SHRM-CP, PHR.  Kyra is the Principal HR Business Partner at Exact Sciences.
