Our resource guides are no longer available on our website or through the membership portal. Any client eligible for access to the guides will receive a quarterly password-protected link to a secure online folder. This link will expire in 30 days, so we encourage you to access and download the guides when you get the notification. As updates are made to any of the materials, we’ll send you a fresh link so you always have the most current version at your fingertips. As always, the guides can be emailed to you upon request. Feel free to use our contact form to request guides if you cannot locate your access email.
VIEW PURCHASES
Previous login access to our website is no longer available. Moving forward, all purchase history from January 1, 2024, and beyond can be viewed through our new Finance Portal. This can be accessed through the "Pay Your Invoice" link above in our menu. Only the primary finance contact for your organization has access to this portal to view transactions, download invoices, and make payments. Need assistance or records from prior to 2024? Our webinars have moved to our new LMS platform, The HR Answers Academy. All applicable discounts will be available to you within the new platform. We encourage our clients to sign up for the academy for easy ticket purchasing and event registration. Each learner will need their our account.
