• Exposure Risk Assessment for each site/facility, with employee feedback by 12/7/2020
• Infection Control Plan for each site/facility, with employee feedback by 12/7/2020
• All employee training of general workplace COVID-19 safety, including site/facility specific information by 12/21/2020
