Learning and development activities align organizational business needs with employees’ competencies, knowledge, and skills to effectively close the gaps between them. It is an organization’s responsibility to analyze organizational and training needs in order to determine the most effective learning and development solutions to support the achievement of its most important asset – the employees.
As a training resource for 30 years, our trainers, professional and certified human resource professionals, attorneys and subject matter experts work with employers by identifying and creating learning opportunities that increase staff capability and organizational knowledge. We bring expertise to the subject and practical tools for easy use and implementation. Our goal is to help your people, from entry level employees to managers, and also your HR professionals, too, to develop the critical skills they need to succeed and become a proactive, engaged contributor to the organization.
Education is a core value for HR Answers. We believe if you are not learning then you are slowly declining in capability and contribution. Smart organizations are thriving and growing and so are their employees. This means our programming has hands-on activities, resources, and tools for participants. We offer them an opportunity to practice what they are learning in a safe and supportive environment.
Our trainers continue with their own development in a variety of ways whether in a classroom as a student or at a conference attending educational sessions. Our instructors not only conduct programs for employers on-site, they also have been sought out for conferences and keynoters around the country, and teach HR subjects at the university level.
HR Answers provides learning and development opportunities in several ways: our regularly scheduled workshop ranging from 2 hours to 8 hours and held in our training room, on-site training at your location where a high degree of customization content is built, and our monthly 1 hour HR Lunch Bunch meetings, which are participant-driven discussions with rotating topics held on the first Wednesday of the month at noon. These are open to the public.

The list above represents a partial listing of topics. If you do not see a topic of interest, give us a call and ask if we can partner with you on your needs.
We encourage you to check out our calendar for upcoming programs and workshops.
If you miss a class and want the information from the session, you can always purchase the handout. Each is $40 and can be ordered from our “store.”
We want to help increase knowledge and awareness, employee development, compliance, retention, and more. Give us a call so we can explore how we can help you and your employees get to the next level.
