Successful teams and teamwork fuel the accomplishment of the organization’s strategic goals.
Organizations need managers who know how to develop and maintain successful work teams. Managers do not know this by osmosis. This program will provide tips and techniques to teach others about how to build and reinforce their teams.
Participants will learn how to:
- Build an effective strength-based team
- Aid in breaking down the barriers to teamwork
- Quick tips for improving a team’s morale and motivation
- Improve understanding of what is needed between the leader, the team, and individual.
A small handout with “how-to’s, key roles, types of activities to use and future discussions opportunities to ensure attendees have ideas to take back and implement in their workplaces right away.
