Soft Skills: Routine Maintenance on Time and Stress Management

July 28 @ 8:30 am - 12:00 pm

The current state of affairs has left many of us reeling and, at times, traveling at a breakneck speed.  Our emotional engine may break down along the way and if not handled appropriately, can lead us off course and create challenges for our jobs and health.  We need to learn different ways of coping with stress and managing our energy in times of high stress.  Sometimes we need to apply the brakes and not allow our feelings to determine our destiny; learning how to manage our emotions to complement and enhance our attitudes for a joyful and productive ride.

This program will help you navigate:

  • How to manage your behavior and your time;
  • How to identify your “potholes”;
  • Setting goals and priorities to eliminate time wasters;
  • Delegating effectively;
  • Handling interruptions;
  • Your role in controlling the speed of stress and turning negative energy into positive energy;
  • Creating you own repair shop; and
  • How to rev up your humor engine.
