• Setting the stage and providing some refresher information
• The skills needed to be a good effective coach including such as listening, building rapport, creating empathy, and building trust
• Techniques for results including insightful and specific questions to use
• Coaching strategies for different situations (subordinates, supervisors, executives, etc.)
