Let’s face it, the last several months have been very stressful for everyone. For some of us we are working additional hours covering for the people who have departed, or our homes have become a place for EVERYTHING, and others have come back to the workplace and things are different.

Burnout is when we give, and we give, and then we feel like we are not valued, and we aren’t getting the level of recognition we need.  We keep dipping in and giving from our bucket and there is nothing to or no one filling it back up.
