Employee paperwork. Who wants it…who needs it? Don’t we already have enough customer paperwork to manage? Yes, you do.  And trust us, if you don’t have much of it or only have it for the hiring process, you need more. Even if you have plenty of it already in place, is it compliant, consistent, and in-line with other best practices?

Leaders (regardless of the level) need to understand that they are a representative for the organization and have a duty to protect the organization.

This program is purposeful when covering the cornerstones of “good” documentation to ensure the “paperwork” generated throughout your employees’ life cycles is serving your organization as best as it can and is managed appropriately.

We’ll answer:

  • When should you start the documentation process;
  • What to say, when to say it, how to say it, and who needs to know;
  • What the value is of documentation to the employee, supervisor, and the organization;
