Communicate Effectively
November 20, 2024 @ 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
Good, clear, effective communication is needed every day to be successful with others. To interact effectively with others, we MUST be self-aware how our behaviors impact others. Word choice matters! Tone will leave an impression. Active listening is imperative!
We all have boundaries and preferences from the way we work to the way we communicate. Each of us will benefit from offering and learning to flex with each other. Knowing when and how to effectively communicate at work can help you reduce miscommunication, increase team happiness, bolster collaboration, and foster trust. In return a higher-level of professionalism and rapport will be built with each other and fewer conflicts should occur. No one wants an uncomfortable or toxic workplace – and you can make all the difference with your abilities to relate and communicate with others.
With 85% of today’s communication focusing on interpersonal skills, how well you listen and how clearly you express yourself decides business and personal success.
