Transitioning Employees to Management

The most common criteria for transitioning an employee to a supervisory position is simply that the employee be
good technically at the job. Knowing the job technically  is important but it does not prepare employees for the
difficult task of supervising others, which is the people skill needed for success. This program will provide
guidelines and parameters for organizations to best evaluate staff before making a decision to promote from
within.
Cost: $125 ($105 for Advantage Plan Members)
