Successful Recruiting

In today’s climate finding new employees is no easy task.  By definition, recruiting results in the influx of new talent into an organization. In addition, it can be time consuming and expensive, and unless done well, can result in a bad hire. This program steps you through a detailed process for the development of a recruiting system that will bring you success.  The program will cover:

  • Job description review/revision.
  • Establishing minimum qualifications.
  • Where to look for candidates.
  • Employment applications vs. resumes – what to look for.
  • The process of screening candidates.
  • Developing behavioral based interview questions
  • Establishing rating criteria – a defensible position.
  • An eye towards diversity, inclusion and pay equity.
  • Conducting the interview.
  • Offer letters.
  • Seating is limited, and registration is on a “first come, first served” basis.
  • Payment for registration must be received one week before the scheduled program date.
  • Cancellations also must be received one week before the program date to receive a full refund.
  • There are no refunds for “no-shows.”
  • If you do not receive confirmation of your registration or a reminder notice for the session your registration has not been received.
