Oregon Pay Equity – Job Profiling

The Oregon Equal Pay Act of 2017 strengthens existing protections, creates provisions, and requires all employers to conduct a pay equity study. The completion of this work requires considerable resources to complete the initial analysis and ongoing maintenance.
- Seating is limited, and registration is on a “first come, first served” basis.
- Payment for registration must be received one week before the scheduled program date.
- Cancellations also must be received one week before the program date to receive a full refund.
- There are no refunds for “no-shows.”
