Oregon Pay Equity – Job Profiling – Tigard/ Portland

The Oregon Equal Pay Act of 2017 strengthens existing protections, creates provisions, and requires all employers to conduct a pay equity study. The completion of this work requires considerable resources to complete the initial analysis and ongoing maintenance. Some portions of the new law are already in effect, others implement on 1/1/2019 and more will take effect on 1/1/2024.
Cost: $150 Per Person / $112 Advantage Plan Members
- Seating is limited, and registration is on a “first come, first served” basis.
- Payment for registration must be received one week before the scheduled program date.
- Cancellations also must be received one week before the program date to receive a full refund.
- There are no refunds for “no-shows.”
