HRA was founded in 1985 and is the largest independently owned human resource consulting firm in the Northwest. The organization is staffed by consultants who have a wide range of practical HR experience because each has previously been employed in a senior level HR position. This experience includes public and private environments, manufacturing, healthcare, financial, high-tech, entrepreneurial, and non-profit organizations.

HRA is a full-service provider of HR products and services. The intent of these services is to supplement an organization’s own resources. HR Answers can either provide services on a project basis or serve as the Human Resource Department for organizations that do not have a formalized HR function established. Services include:
